Peaceful political action can not be prosecuted. It is against the basic charter of human rights.
I am not for a separate Madhesh because it is a geopolitical uphill, and unnecessary. But primarily because it is too small a goal. A bigger goal would be for Madhesis to rule in Kathmandu.
A good tactical maneuver for CK Raut's organization would be to make it a distant goal, in the mean time forming a political party and contesting every election along the way.
