To Revive Or Not To Revive


For the longest time the Nepali Congress people have been blaming Baburam Bhattarai saying he is the one who dissolved the constituent assembly. In short, they have been missing the constituent assembly. Logic would say they would get excited about the idea of reviving the constituent assembly, to getting it back. That does not seem to be the case.
