Federalist Alliance, Democratic Alliance, Left Alliance

The Federal Republican Alliance as led by Prachanda, the Federal Alliance is the name I have given to the group spearheaded by Upendra Yadav. I think there is a possibility these two alliances might end up forming an electoral alliance.

These two will emerge the two largest groups in the next assembly, and you might end up seeing Upendra Yadav as the Deputy Prime Minister by virtue of being the leader of the second largest alliance. That is one interesting scenario that could possibly unfold.

The key thing is between the two there will be a comfortable two thirds majority. That will ensure a federal constitution.

The Fourth Pole

This is the fourth pole of Nepali politics. Do not underestimate it. It might not produce a Prime Minister right away, but it will likely produce more than one Chief Minister.

If the new Janajati Party, I believe likely to be called the Federal Socialist Party, joins this alliance, it could emerge the second biggest pole in the country's politics.

संविधान सभा फर्केर आउने संभावना छैन

संविधान सभा फर्केर आउने संभावना छैन। चुनावमा जानुको विकल्प छैन। अबको चुनाव संसदको हुँदैन, फेरि  संविधान सभाकै हुन्छ। बरु त्यो संविधान सभाले संविधान लेखिसकेपछि त्यसलाई संसद बनाइदिन मिल्छ।

संविधान सभालाई तुहाएको नेका र एमालेले हो। नत्र भने संघीय संविधानकालागि दुइ तिहाई बहुमत विलय भैसकेको सभामा थियो त। त्यो सभालाई कामै गर्न दिएनन्।

पछिल्लो चुनावमा तराइमा नेका छोडेर थुप्रै मतदाता र नेता फोरम र तमलोपामा लागे जस्तै अब पहाडमा थुप्रै जनजाति मतदाता र नेता नेका र एमाले छोडेर नया जनजाति पार्टीमा लाग्ने ठुलो सम्भावना देखिएको छ। संघीय समाजवादी पार्टी राम्रो नाम पनि हो। ससपा। त्यो पार्टीले तराइमा थारु समुदायमा पनि छिर्ने सम्भावनाहरु छन्।

बाबुराम भट्टराईले संविधान सभाको आयु सर्वोच्च अदालतले समाप्त गरेपछि ल्याएको रोड म्याप नै ठीक रोड म्याप हो। चुनाव गराउने भनेको यसै सरकारले हो। बरु क्याबिनेटमा एक दुई जना नेका र एमालेको राखिदिए हुन्छ। चुनावपछिको प्रधान मन्त्री फेरि पनि बाबुराम भट्टराई नै हो। मेरो जन्म थलो बिहारमा नितिश कुमारले जे काम गरेका छन्, त्यो काम नेपालमा बाबुरामले गर्ने हुन्। मैले त्यस्तो आशा राखेको छु।

कर्णालीलाई कर्णाली न भनेर खसान राज्य भन्ने विचार राम्रो विचार हो। नेपालको संघीयता बारेको बहसमा मलाई सबैभन्दा घत लागेको दलितहरुकलागि non geographic राज्य। त्यो हुनै पर्छ।

संबिधान सभाले संविधान लेखेपछि त्यो सभा संसद बन्छ। त्यसपछि राष्ट्रपतिको प्रत्यक्छ चुनाव हुन्छ। त्यो राष्ट्रपति भनेको प्रचण्ड हो। त्यत्रो alliance बनाई दिया छन्। फेडेरल alliance भनेर। देशको पहिलो निर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति बन्ने formula त्यही alliance हो। अनि तुरुन्तै state र लोकल election गराई हाल्नुपर्छ।

त्यस पछि को एक मात्र मुद्दा आर्थिक क्रान्ति हो। त्यो क्रान्ति 30 बर्ष सम्म लगातार चलिरहन्छ।

दलितहरुकलागि non geographic राज्य र महिलाकालागि एक तिहाई आरक्छन यस्ता बुंदा हुन् जिन्ले  नेपालको लोकतन्त्रलाई भारत, बेलायत र अमेरिकाको लोकतन्त्र भन्दा cutting edge बनाई दिन्छन।

तर ती दुई भन्दा पनि महत्वपुर्ण अर्को एउटा बुँदा छ। Turning Nepal into a multi-party democracy of state funded parties. कुनै पनि राजनीतिक पार्टीले जति मत ल्यायो त्यसको आधारमा समानुपातिक किसिमले नेपाल सरकार बाट पैसा पाउने। त्यस बाहेक उसले कुनै पनि fundraising गर्न नपाउने। त्यति गर्न सके नेपाल दुनिया को नम्बर 1 democracy बन्छ। Then we export revolution all over the world, we export revolution to India, to Britain, all the way to America itself. We export the multi-party and free speech concepts to China.

The Janajati Party

The Janajati Party might be the best outcome of the unfortunate demise of the constituent assembly. The NC and the UML are no longer big enough for the Janajati leaders.

Federal Socialist Party is a good name. I also like the idea of naming the Karnali province Khasan. That and a non territorial state for Dalits, and we are golden.

Janajati leaders trying to give national character to new party

Federal Socialist Party .... a group of leaders from Madhesi, ethnic and indigenous communities from CPN-UML and various other major political parties have announced in public that they are going to form an alternative political party. ..... the disgruntled leaders from CPN-UML have been actively involved in forming the new party and they are holding talks with dissidents from NC, Maoist parties and other political parties. ..... UML Vice-Chairman Ashok Rai held a meeting with Madhesi People´s Rights Forum (MPRF) Chairman Upendra Yadav ..... Yadav approached Rai and proposed to work together. "I told him that it is too early to talk over the proposal because we have so far not detached ourselves from the UML. संगठनका कुरा

हिजो बिहान विश्वजीले भोइस मेल छोड्नु भको रैछ। दुई तीन पटक त फ़ोन ट्याग मै गो। पछि बल्ल गफ्फ भो भरे तिर। शनिवार 4 बजे के गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ ? थकालीमा NRN को मीटिंग छ। आउनुस न भनेर भन्नु भो। 4 बाट 2 मा कुरा पुग्यो। Lunch ख्वाउने हो भनेर सोंधें। चिया ख्वौंछु भन्ने जवाफ आयो।

म नेपालको लोकतान्त्रिक र मधेसी क्रान्तिमा केही वर्ष अगाडि फुल टाइम लागेको मान्छे। तर digital activist भएर, कुनै संगठनको सदस्य भएर होइन। ANTA नेपालमा मधेसी क्रान्ति भएपछि बल्ल अमेरिकामा विस्तार भएको संगठन। ANTA लाई न्यु योर्क मा जन्म दिएको मैले हो। तर मैले सदस्यता कहिले लिएन। Founding charter मा social, cultural organization भन्याथ्यो। म full time political काम गरि रा मान्छे, कहाँ social, cultural मा लगिराखने भनेर लिइन।

Money, message, organization. मैले message मार्फत् contribute गरें। तर अब money र organization बारे पनि सोंच्नु परेको छ। It is only a matter of time, नेपालमा संविधान पनि आउंछ र संघीयता पनि आउंछ। त्यस पछि 20-30 वर्ष लगाएर गर्ने भनेको आर्थिक क्रान्ति नै हो। नेपालमा आर्थिक क्रान्ति गर्नु पर्छ भन्नेले आफ्नो personal आर्थिक क्रान्ति गरेर पनि देखाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ। नत्र भने त्यो भनाइ खोक्रो हुन जान्छ। मैले केही कदम हरू चालिरहेको छु। मेरो tech consulting business लाई expand गर्नुछ। हिमालयन याक restaurant को नया वेबसाइट मेरो टीम ले बनाएको हो। नेपालमा hydroelectric प्रोजेक्ट हरू कालागि यहां investor खोज्ने कुरामा पनि लाग्या छु। पछि microfinance मा जाने पनि सोंच छ।

संगठन को जहाँसम्म सवाल छ त्यो म अहिले एक्कासी हाम फाल्दैन। त्यस बारे मैले NRN को न्यु योर्क chapter बारे पनि सोंचेको छु र Jackson Heights को South Asian community बारे पनि सोंचेको छु। NRN मा 1,000 member बनाए NRN ICC मा जान पाउने र त्यो member न्यु योर्क मै बनाए न्यु योर्क बाहिर जान नपर्ने  घतलाग्दो कुरा हो। म अमेरिका गल्ली गल्ली घुमेको मान्छे। न्यु योर्क शहरको सीमाना बाहिर जान मलाई खासै रहर छैन, कमसेकम अहिलेलाई छैन।

NRN ICC को सदस्य बन्न मन लागेको दिन टेम्बाजीलाई ल जानुस 1,000 member बनाएर ल्याउनुस भन्छु अनि कुरै सकियो। त्यो भन्दा मुनि त के पद खाई भो र? तर त्यो कदम चाले पनि मेरो फोकस न्यु योर्क मै रहन्छ। NRN को NYC chapter लाई इन्टरनेट technology र social media को सहायताले ग्लोबल NRN movement भित्रको नमुना संगठन बनाउने प्रयास हुनेछ। But at a personal level money before organization. कुन चाहिंले एक चोटि भन्या थियो, all name and no money bhanera. अहिले मेरो starting point त्यस प्रकारको छ। तर 1999 मा म fouding member भएको dot com कम्पनीले round 2 मा 25 मिलियन डलर fundraising गरेको हो।
