पछिलो एकदशकदेखि थाती काम दुई महिनामै पूरा गरेर उनले आफ्नो कार्य क्षमतालाई देखाएका छन् । उनले २ असारमा महानगरीय अपराध महाशाखाको नेतृत्व सम्हालेका थिए । तर, भित्र–भित्र काम थालेका उनी त्यति बेला चर्चामा आए, जब डन घैंटेको इन्काउन्टर गरे । ......

पछिल्लो पटक पहिचानसहितको संघीयताको पक्षमा निकै कमजोर अडान लिएको भन्दै एमाओवादीभित्र चरम असन्तुष्टि बढिरहेको छ । खासगरी त्यसभित्रका आदिवासी जनजाति र मधेशी नेताहरुले जनयुद्धको क्रममा जनतालाई बाँडिएको मुक्तिको सपनामध्ये प्रमुख एक मुद्दा ‘पहिचान’लाई नै शीर्ष नेताहरुले लात हान्न खोजेको भन्दै असन्तुष्टि जनाइरहेका छन् । ..... संविधान निर्माण पक्रियालाई ‘क्षेत्री–बाहुन एक भएर पुरानै सत्ता कायम गर्न खोजेको’ ...... ‘पहिचानकै लागि १३ हजारभन्दा बढीले बलिदान गरे । हामी मगर भएर होला सायद दुध पोखरी बनाउँछौं भनेर लागियो, तर टाठाबाठा बाहुन–क्षेत्री नेताहरु मिलेर फेरि पानी पोखरी नै बनाए । अब साँच्चिकै दुध पोखरी बनाउन जुटौं ।’ ...... एमाओवादीमा मगर नेताहरुको ठूलो समूह छ । जनयुद्धकालमा सबभन्दा बढी शहादत प्राप्त गरेका छन् । तर अहिलेको सिमाङ्कनमा मगरहरुको सघन बसोबास भएको क्षेत्रलाई तीनतिर छरिएको भन्दै पार्टीभित्र उनीहरुले ठूलो असन्तुष्टि पोख्दै आएका छन् । सिमाङ्कनप्रति सचिव वर्षमान पुन ‘अनन्त’, पासाङ, लीलबहादुर थापा, उपसभामुख ओनसरी घर्ती, गणेशमान पुनसहित नेताले असन्तुष्टि जनाएका छन् । यसमा जनार्दन शर्माको पनि साथ छ । ...... मगरहरुको संयुक्त मोर्चाले भदौ २२–२४ गतेसम्म मगरहरुको सघन बस्ती भएको १८ जिल्लामा मगरात प्रदेशको नारासहित वाल पेन्टिङ, २५ गते मगर बस्तीहरुलाई एउटै प्रदेशको क्लस्टरमा राख्न मागसहित जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयबाट संविधानसभामा मागपत्र पठाउने; २६ गते थारु, लिम्बुवान लगायत पहिचान पक्षधरको आन्दोलनप्रति ऐक्यबद्धता जनाउने र २९ गते तनहूुँको दमौली, बागलुङ, पाल्पा र रोल्पामा विरोध सभाको आयोजना गरेको संयुक्त मगर मञ्चका संयोजक लोकबहादुर थापा मगर र नेपाल मगर संघका महासचिव नवीन रोका मगरद्वारा हस्ताक्षरित विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख छ ।कपिलवस्तु के तौलिहवा में जेल भरो आन्दोलन
